What we collect

Client contacts: name, designation, company, phone and email that you share with us to discuss a requirement.

Website contact form: the name, company, email, phone and message you submit. The form emails your enquiry to our team. It is not stored in a database on this website.

Candidates: your CV and the details you share with us, such as experience, current and expected compensation, notice period and location.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries, deliver the services you engage us for, and issue invoices.

For candidates: to evaluate you for roles and, only with your explicit consent for each role, share your profile with the prospective employer.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Candidate profiles are shared only with the employer you have agreed to, and only for that role.

Website enquiries are delivered to our team through our business email provider (Zoho Mail).

We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Retention

Candidate data is kept for up to 12 months after your last interaction with us unless you are placed, after which records are kept as required for tax and contractual purposes.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance.
